Where can I spend my IKEA Gift Card ?

Gift Cards can generally be bought in one country and used in another country. The same goes for Refund Cards provided in one country and used in another country.
The exchange value will be automatically calculated in iPay with the valid exchange rate. If the Gift Card is used in another country a currency conversion fee will apply. At this point the fee is 3%.

It is not possible to reload a gift or refund card in another country than it was originally issued.
What is the helpline number for online Gift Gard purchases?
For help with online purchases of IKEA Gift Cards, you can contact us via e-mail at or call our helpline on 0371 200 0724.  Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12:30pm.  If calling from overseas, please dial +441765 647254. Please quote your order number when you contact us.
What will happen after I place my order online?
We will send you an email to confirm that we received your order. Two days before your requested delivery date we will send you another e-mail informing you that your Gift Card has been dispatched. If we are not able to process your order, we will contact you by email.
What are the payment methods online?
We accept Visa credit cards, Visa debit cards including Delta & Electron, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will read "Voucher Express".
What do I do if I want to order a Gift Card for business use?
To place a business order, please call 0371 384 3595, or you can email the business team at The Business Team are available Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30. 
Can I send a personal message with the Gift Card?
Yes, you will be given the option to write a personal message when purchasing your Gift Card online.  Your message will be included with your order.
Do you offer a same day dispatch service?
Same day dispatch is available online before 3pm Monday to Friday and costs £7.50. If you require same day dispatch delivery, please select this option online or alternatively call 0371 200 0724 to place an order by telephone. If calling from overseas, please dial +441765 647254. Orders need to be placed by 3pm to be dispatched the same day.
Is there an expiry date on a Gift Card?
Great news - IKEA Gift Cards never expire!
How do I check the balance of my IKEA Gift Card?
You can check the balance of your IKEA Gift Card in any IKEA store or Order and collection points around the UK. You can also contact our team on 0371 200 0724 or email us at and we will be able to check the balance for you.
Can I use my IKEA Gift Card online at IKEA.COM?
Yes! Your Gift Card will have a long unique number and a 4 digit PIN. You will need both of these numbers to pay with a Gift Card online. There is no limit to the number of Gift Cards you can use online and Gift Cards have no expiry date.
